The PCE-VT 204 Tachometer stands out due to its multi-functionality. The Tachometer is capable of accurately measuring three parameters of vibration ad can also be used as a tachometer. The device, as well as testing for vibration in motors, transmission, gears, wheels and gear boxes, it can also measure rotation of machine parts and rotating components. The attached acceleration sensor can be set flat, equipped with a magnet or combine the sensor with a fastening screw which comes included in the shipment. If you desire to transfer the readings form the tachometer to a computer, order the optional software package. The internal frequency filters eliminate the effects of background noise allowing the device to detect specific vibrations. The image above shows the PCE-VT 204 Tachometer and all its different sensors, adaptors, wheels and cones for it to be used as a tachometer, magnet and fastening screw.
